Transcripts
Graduates may obtain copies of their Medical Laboratory Science program transcripts for a $5.00 processing fee by submitting a written request or calling the Program Director at least one week prior to the date needed. Information on the request should include:
- Student name at the time of graduation
- Enrollment start and end dates in the program
- Full address to which the transcript should be sent
- Your current address and phone number
Make check payable to North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
