Please keep in mind that our application deadline is October 1, 2014, and that we require an application submitted through the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA), available beginning April 16, 2014. In addition, we require a supplemental application specifically for the Wake Forest School of Medicine PA Program. The link to the supplemental application will be emailed to you once we receive your application from CASPA.

Thank you for your interest in the Wake Forest School of Medicine PA Program. We look forward to seeing you at one of our Open House Sessions this year!
