Genetic Causes of Hereditary Cancer

What we are studying

The purpose of this research study is to recruit families into a study looking for genetic causes of familial (hereditary) cancer. We will collect family histories and blood samples from individuals with a family history of cancer that cannot be explained by a mutation in a known cancer-causing gene, and use new technologies to find mutations that could explain the cancer syndrome in these families.
