Comparison of Pregnant Women with and without Pre-eclampsia

What we are studying

The purpose of this research study is to compare pregnant women diagnosed with pre-eclampsia to pregnant women who have not been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia.

• All Ethnicities
• Ages 18 - 44

Eligibility Criteria

• Pregnant females

What is involved

• 1 blood draw of the mother
• Blood draw from the cord blood after delivery of the baby
• Sample of placenta after delivery of the baby
