CUPID Study for Subjects with Heart Failure

What we are studying

This study is looking at a medical condition called heart failure (also known as congestive heart failure or systolic heart failure). This is a condition in which the heart can no longer pump enough blood to the rest of the body. The purpose of this study is to test whether the study drug can help improve clinical outcome in subjects with heart failure by reducing the frequency of heart failure-related hospitalizations.

• Ages 18 - 80

Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must have chronic heart failure

What is involved

• This study will last about 2 years and includes a maximum of 15 study visits.

Compensation:

Participants will be paid $50 for each clinic visit to help pay for travel costs.
