Study for Patients with Heart Disease or Chronic Disease

What we are studying

The purpose of this research study is to assess the performance of new medical tests intended to be used as an aid in diagnosis of heart failure. The Study Sponsor Radiometer is developing tests to analyze blood samples of people with symptoms of heart failure. These tests are called AQT90 Flex BNP and NT-proBNP. Your blood sample will be analyzed with these lab tests and information about the tests will be sent to the FDA. This is in order to gain FDA approval to use these tests as a part of medical care.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diagnosed with heart failure or diagnosed with a chronic disease

What is involved

• One time blood draw of about 1 tablespoon of blood
• Questionnaire
