Clinical Pain Registry

What we are studying

The purpose of this research study is to create a registry of patients who experience bodily pain who may be interested in participating in clinical trials for pain conducted at Wake Forest Baptist Health (WFBH). The purpose of the registry is to provide a confidential resource to identify and contact potential participants on behalf of future pain studies at WFBH. We invite you to enter your contact information into our registry. If your name is listed in our registry, we can call or send you a letter (or an email) to let you know about pain studies at WFBH, and elicit your interest to participate.

• Ages 18+

Eligibility Criteria

• Adult patients seen in the rheumatology and primary care clinics that have daily constant body pain for at least 3 months; patients with physician-diagnosed fibromyalgia; and patients with complaints of chronic knee or back pain.

What is involved

• One time questionnaire related to pain
• Contact once a year from study team to update interest in participating and contact information.
