Work Ability in Young Adult Survivors (The WAYS Study)

What we are studying

Researchers at Wake Forest Baptist Health want to learn about how cancer affects the work ability and labor force participation of young adult survivors. The information will help identify needed support services and policy changes to assist young adult survivors in achieving occupational and educational success.

Who we are studying

  • Men and Women
  • Races:
    • White
    • African American
    • Asian
    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18 - 34

Eligibility Criteria

  • History of Cancer
  • Willing to complete a survey about your experiences
  • Currently working or not

What is involved

  • An online survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete.
