Stress Reduction for Migraines

What we are studying

We are conducting a study involving 8 weekly classes about stress reduction as a non-drug treatment for migraines. Adults with migraines will learn more about headaches, stress, triggers and/or relaxation/gentle stretching. You will discuss and learn drug-free ways to better handle your headaches. The classes will be run in groups with other adults with migraines. You may continue taking your migraine medications during the study.
