Patient Preferences in the Treatment of Critical Limb Ischemia (rest pain and non-healing wounds)

What we are studying

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors are important to patients who have been diagnosed with critical limb ischemia (rest pain in one or both legs and/or non-healing wounds) when considering treatment options.

Who we are studying

  • Men and Women
  • Races:
    • White
    • African American
    • Asian
    • American Indian or Alaska Native
    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18+

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any patient who has a diagnosis of critical limb ischemia (non-healing wounds on the lower extremities and/or rest pain).

What is involved

  • Participants will be notified by telephone that they will receive a brief questionnaire in the mail with a pre-addressed and postage paid envelope.
