Study of the Effects of a Study Lotion for the Treatment of Acne

What we are studying

The main purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy, safety and tolerability of a once-daily topical application of IDP-121 Lotion, compared to its “vehicle” in subjects with moderate to severe acne.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have moderate to severe acne
  • Subjects with facial acne inflammatory lesion (papules
  • Pustules
  • And nodules) count no less than 20 but no more than 40; Subjects with facial acne non-inflammatory lesion (open and closed comedones) count no less than 20 but no more than 100; Subjects with two or fewer facial nodules;

  • 5 Urine Pregnancy Tests
  • 4 Subject Questionnaires
  • 2 Physical Exams


$25 per visit for a total of $125
