Study of Muscadine Grape Extract (MGE) in Advanced Malignancy

What we are studying

The purpose of this research study is to find the highest dose of muscadine grape extract that can be given to people with cancer without causing severe side effects. Muscadine grape extract is a natural product that has potential anti-cancer properties but has not been FDA approved for use as a cancer therapy at any dose level.

  • Ages 18+

Eligibility Criteria

  • Confirmed metastatic or unresectable cancer and have failed therapies
  • Willingness to signed consent
  • Stable supplement usage for 2 weeks or greater prior to starting study and continue while on study
