Duopa in Patients with Advanced Parkinson´s Disease (PD)

What we are studying

This is an observational study to collect data in patients with Advanced Parkinson's Disease who are prescribed and given Duopa (levodopa-carbidopa intestinal gel). While in the study, subjects will be followed for 36 months and given several questionnaires and diaries to complete to help evaluate the long-term effectiveness of Duopa.

    • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander
    • Other
  • All Ethnicities
  • Ages 18+

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be prescribed Duopa
  • BUT must NOT have:
    • Already tried or be currently treated with Duopa
  • Had previous surgery for Parkinson's disease (i.e. DBS or cell transplantation)
  • Treated with continuous subcutaneous apomorphine infusion
  • And/Or have dementia or significant memory issues

  • Diaries
  • Questionnaires


You will be paid $78 for the Baseline Visit and $54 for each completed study visit after.
