Want to take a proactive role in your health and wellness? Then join the 2015 BestHealth Wellness Challenge! The goal of the challenge is to turn simple lifestyle changes into lifelong, healthy habits. During the 6-week challenge, you will have the chance to participate in a variety of wellness events. These events include - healthy cooking classes, walking local trails, health screenings and fitness classes. Before participating in any exercise program, please consult your physician. To participate you must provide an email address to receive ongoing communication and updates. For signing up, you will receive a wellness packet along with weekly emails with a tip or motivation to keep you on track.
