    Fitness Training 

    Fitness Training at D1 Sports Facility
    Sundays: September 11 until December 18
    3 to 4 pm

    Do you need a personal trainer? Have been inactive or not motivated to workout? Join BestHealth for a series of fitness training sessions. Each session will incorporate circuits for upper, mid and lower body workouts.     Community Walks 

    Looking to be more active? Have been inactive or have diabetes, high blood pressure or other risk factors for heart disease, join us for a series of walks. Each walk we'll increase the distance some. Complete all four walks for the month and receive a coupon for free coffee at Chick-fil-A, a T-shirt and $20 gift card to New Balance.
