5 - Week Challenge
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your initial weight by 8pm on Wednesday 11/1.
- Send an email with your final weight to email@example.com by 8pm on Wednesday 11/30.
- Refer to the Healthy Portions Guide as you prepare and consume meals. Take a snapshot of weekly meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That you will be able to refer to at any time.
- Report your progress each week to firstname.lastname@example.org. The progress will include: food intake, exercise and overall wellness.
