Color Palettes

Our brand identity system uses color as a principal element.

Our corporate colors are black and gold. These are our primary colors. These colors are used to emphasize our close relationship with Wake Forest University and to distinguish us from competitors locally, regionally and nationally.

Our brand identity system uses a variety of color palettes, with overlap of many colors to create continuity. Our Corporate color palette of black and gold can be used in any and all communication materials, in conjunction with any of the fiollowing palettes.

Corporate and School of Medicine color palette

Our corporate color palette is used for business-to-business communication materials (Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center) and Wake Forest School of Medicine communication materials.

External Audience Color Palettes

Our secondary color palettes are audience based. These external color palettes are used when communicating to external audiences (patients and the general public).

Brenner Children’s Hospital has its own support color palette. The palette shares three colors with the external color palette: yellow, orange and purple. The overlap of these three colors creates continuity in the system.

Wake Forest Innovations has its own support color palette, sharing colors from the other color palettes. The overlap of these colors creates continuity in the system.
