 The following updates were made the website for the week of February 2, 2009.

Announcement:
The server for our patient registration system, CCRBIS, has recently moved. The new address is https://ccrbis.phs.wfubmc.edu/. Links to CCRBIS can still be found on the patient registration page of the website.


The WFUCCC Res Base is sponsoring a one day intensive training workshop for sites that intend to participate in study # 91105 " A Phase III Double Blind, Placebo Controlled Study of Donepezil in Irradiated Brain Tumor Patients" which is testing a well-tolerated drug used to enhance cognitive performance in brain tumor patients who are >6 mos post brain radiation therapy and who meet other study criteria. This one day intensive session will be held on March 25, 2009 on the campus of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. A block of rooms has been reserved until February 22, 2009.The rate for single or double room is $72 per night and there are no fees associated with registration for this session. The following adverse events were reported during the month of January. A PDF of the AE documents has been attached to this email and a summary of the event can be found on the adverse event page of the website. Accrual Update:
In the month of January, 7 patients were accrued to CCCWFU CCOP Research Base trials. St. Vincent CCOP and Wake Forest were the top accruing sites. See the Research Base website home page for accrual information on each site.
