2010.07.15 Weekly Broadcast Email
The following updates were made to the CCCWFU CCOP Research Base website for the week of July 7, 2010. (July 7th is a typo in the original email. The email was sent the week of July 12)
Amendment:
97405: A Randomized Study of Soy Protein and Effexor on Vasomotor Symptoms of Men with Prostate Cancer– The amendment 10 approval letter has been uploaded to the website. This amendment was made to inform the WFU IRB of the temporary study closure and includes no changes to the protocol, consent or appendices. Accrual to this study has been temporarily put on hold pending receipt of study drug. The manufacturer has notified us that the supplement should be available by the end of this month. As soon as the study drug is received accrual will resume as normal. When Biologics receives the study drug, a special email will be sent announcing the release of the hold.
