We want your ideas for investigator-initiated studies!!!

Attached you will find a “Request for Ideas” announcement from the Comprehensive Cancer Center of Wake Forest University CCOP Research Base. Please forward this request to your participating Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Research Nurses, Study Coordinators, Data Managers or any team member of your cancer program.

All submissions must be completed according to the instructions and must be received in this office by the Monday August 23, 2010 deadline to be considered for presentation at the Research Base Annual meeting.


Announcement:
97405: A Randomized Study of Soy Protein and Effexor on Vasomotor Symptoms of Men with Prostate Cancer
 Accrual to this study has been temporarily put on hold pending receipt of study drug.  The manufacturer has notified us that the supplement should be available by the end of this month. As soon as the study drug is received accrual will resume as normal. When Biologics receives the study drug, a special email will be sent announcing the release of the hold.
