Withdrawal
A 2-week written notice of withdrawal is required. The Withdrawal Form may be found in the bins at the front of the Center or on the Medical Center Intranet in the forms section. In order for the payroll deduction to be stopped, we must have a 2-week notice.
Fees are charged until notification of withdrawal is received. A Withdrawal Form must be completed when a child leaves the Center to enter kindergarten.
