Occupational Medicine Support Services Coordinator-                             Full Time                         Job Code: 115503

Summary


Under the supervision of the Director of Occupational Programs, the Occupational Medicine Support Services Coordinator provides overall administration of the Occupational Health program which includes but is not limited to: Implementation and management of Agility/Electronic Health Record, which includes training staff. Liaison with IT/IS department. Manage billing and coding. Manage Drug Screens and reporting to DOT companies. Requires travel to various practice locations within a multi-county area. 

Minimum Qualifications


Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or I/T preferred. Any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable. Previous experience in healthcare preferred, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
