Large-Format Posters
Our large-format poster printer uses pigmented inks that are UV fade resistant for vivid, long-lasting color. Add lamination to protect your poster with a thin layer of clear plastic to help prevent scuff marks, smears and wrinkles, giving it durability for repeated uses.

Poster Proofs
Check your poster for typos and other errors by getting an 11 x 17 inch color laser proof before printing it full size. Even though you may have been looking at your poster for weeks on-screen, you'll see things in a new light when viewing the poster proof on paper. Please allow additional time for proofing.
Fabric Poster or Banner
Tired of carrying your paper research poster in a tube when you travel? Creative Communications can now print posters on fabric to fold and pack in your suitcase.
This lightweight, polyester fabric meets fire code requirements, won’t tear, and is waterproof so there’s no need for lamination. The fabric produces great photographic quality, and because these are produced in-house, you can expect fast turnaround.
This fabric is also great for a vertical retractable banner or as a short-term outdoor banner!

Poster Tubes
The most commonly used poster tube is an inexpensive white cardboard tube with plastic end caps. These 3 inch diameter tubes are exceptionally strong and are available in 36 inch and 48 inch lengths. We also stock a 4 inch diameter white cardboard tube for when you want to put a bunch of posters into one tube.
For those who want a better way to carry a poster, we also have a sturdy black plastic telescopic poster tube that features a screw-on cap and adjustable carrying strap so you can just sling it over your shoulder leaving your hands free. This sturdy black plastic tube has a 3 inch diameter and can be expanded from 27 inches to 50 inches in length to accommodate different sizes of posters.
Poster Pricing
Large format posters are $8 per square foot. We charge in half foot increments so when estimating cost, round both dimensions up to the nearest half foot. For example: a 32 x 40 inch poster would be charged as a 36 x 42 inch poster.
We also offer a large volume discount price of $7 per square foot. Three criteria must be met to be eligible for the large volume discount price:
- Combined total square footage must be greater than 40 square feet.
- Posters must be submitted together as a single order.
- Standard turnaround time applies.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time for poster printing only is the next afternoon (pending proof approval). Posters must be submitted by 4 pm for next day service.
For poster printing with lamination, please add one additional day. Lamination is $4.50 per square foot. If you plan to use your poster multiple times, lamination is highly recommended to help protect it against damage.
In a hurry? We offer same-day poster printing at $10 per square foot. Posters must be submitted by 1 pm for same-day service.
