The Transitional Care United (TCU) at Davie Medical Center - Mocksville provides a team of medical professionals to work with you and your family. Our approach addresses individual patient care needs including rehabilitation after surgery or major illness, continued IV therapy or chronic wound care. Recovery from major illnesses could include heart attack, stroke, heart failure, pneumonia, COPD or falls.
