Financial Obligations

Every effort is made to give patients a clear understanding of fees prior to treatment. For the convenience of our patients, we accept payment by cash, check or credit card.

A financial coordinator will help you with financial arrangements for situations involving extensive treatment. We are happy to assist you in filing your dental benefit forms. However, your dental benefits are a contract between you, your employer, and your benefits carrier. Therefore, patients are responsible for the fees for all services received (including those denied by a benefit plan).

Please bring your complete benefit information and forms with you at the time of your first appointment. We welcome your questions regarding our professional fees.
