Financial Obligations

Every effort is made to give patients a clear understanding of fees prior to treatment. For the convenience of our patients, we accept payment by cash, check or credit card.

A financial coordinator will help you with financial arrangements for situations involving extensive treatment. We are happy to assist you in filing your dental insurance forms. However, your insurance benefits are a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance carrier. Therefore, patients are responsible for the fees for all services received (including those denied by insurance).

Please bring your complete insurance information and forms with you at the time of your first appointment. We welcome your questions regarding our professional fees.
