Community Outreach
Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s mission is to improve health. Providing health screenings and education, and supporting organizations where people live, learn and work are important in building community health.
At WFBMC, outreach ranges from faculty and medical students who provide free health screenings in non-healthcare settings, to school health services, to screenings and classes at BestHealth resource center in Hanes Mall, to sponsorship of health-related non-profit community organizations and events.
