Council for Inclusion & Diversity

Honoring Individuality and Protecting the Dignity of All

The Council for Inclusion and Diversity is charged by the Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership, planning, and education to ensure that WFBMC builds and sustains a community and culture of inclusion. The Council will create a multi-year plan for the organization to achieve:

  • Regular communication of the organization's commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • Increased diversity within leadership positions
  • Increased recruitment and retention of diverse staff, faculty and students
  • Visible and measurable support from leadership for the value of inclusion and diversity
  • Increased outreach to local communities
  • Frequent celebrations of inclusion and diversity
  • Measurable results that are reported to the Chief Executive Officer, staff, faculty and students
