EHS Announcement of Electronic Quarterly Assessments

It is our pleasure to announce that Environmental Health & Safety Department has moved from paper to electronic Quarterly Lab Assessment Forms. 

Email notifications were emailed on July 1st and additional email notifications will occur each quarter (July 1, October 1, January 1, April 1).  The email is directed to the Principal Investigator.  The PI and anyone in the PI’s group will have the ability to complete the form electronically.  The deadline for completion is 30 days after the email notification.

Below is a sample of what the email will look like.

Subject: Chemical Safety: New Quarterly Lab Assessment

Message:

This is an automated email notifying you that a new quarterly lab assessment has been created for you. You may forward this email to your lab manager to complete on your behalf. If this person has any problems opening the assessment then please have him/her contact EH&S at 716-1201.
