Rhinology and Sinus Treatments
John Clinger, MD
Wake Forest Baptist offers advanced care for nasal and sinus disorders, also known as rhinology. Whether you suffer from sinus infections, nasal obstruction, nasal allergies or a more complex problem of the nose or sinuses, our board-certified otolaryngologists have the medical and surgical rhinology expertise to diagnose and manage your condition. We have access to the latest treatments and technology, including minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and high resolution CT computer guidance.
We treat common rhinology conditions, from nasal allergy, recurrent sinus infections and deviated septum, to more complicated rhinology disorders like tumors of the paranasal sinuses or cerebral spinal fluid leaks.
Depending on your specific problem, we work with multidisciplinary teams to personalize an individual treatment plan that is right for you.
Leaders in Nasal and Sinus Rhinology Research
We are actively involved in rhinology research in allergy, inflammation and chronic sinusitis. Currently, we are studying patient outcomes following sinus surgery. The goal of our work is to identify safe and effective treatments so that we can offer the latest therapies for these conditions. Learn more about our research.
