Wake Forest Baptist Speech Pathology offers expert, patient-centered care. Our dedicated speech-language pathologists work with pediatrics through geriatrics, providing inpatient and outpatient treatment for all speech, language, voice, swallowing, feeding and cognitive-linguistic disorders.

Every member of our speech pathology team holds specialty certification from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association – which translates into the highest quality care available for you. They also have advanced training and expertise to treat swallowing, patients who have had brain injuries,patients who have cochlear implants, patients with cleft palate, patients who've had a total laryngectomy (voice box removal), patients with tracheostomies (breathing tubes) or those who need an alternate augmentative communication device.
