Follow up call was wonderful follow through and showed she cared.
Dr. Austin is very good with my son who has Autism. She explains to him what she's about to do and takes her time so he doesn't get scared.
I have been taking my daughter to Dr Austin for several years . She and her staff have always been on point each and every time I have a question or concern or need for her. I would most certainly recommend her and her staff to my family and friends.
We love Dr. Austin, she's easy to talk to and great at recognizing what might be going on with your child's health.
*Dr. Austin is positively one of the best pediatric care providers we have ever seen.
Dr. Austin is wonderful. I appreciate the respect she shows patients and their parents. She listens carefully and values parents' input in decision-making when there are choices. She isn't quick to prescribe medication, but she she also provides specific directions (if this-->then that) to educate and empower parents.
Have referred to friends needing a new pediatrician.
