I understand that most likely something out of her control was the reason for her running behind but I wish I didn't feel so rushed when she's there. I feel I can't really ask the questions I want to ask. She normally is a touch too business minded so even on a good day it can feel awkward to ask questions but this time I felt I had to rush.

all though I had to wait a hour and half I was still satisfied with the results

10. I don't know anyone else who needs ophthalmology care.

Dr. Burden is Aces.

Excellent experience with DR.

this care provider is outstanding. I am so grateful to have her for my care provider.

Maybe the doctor was busy. Maybe my issue was not so serious or significant. Long story short, I felt the doctor had an attitude of "don't bother me ... just let me do my job." I recognize that I do not have a medical degree, but I am well-educated and am curious as to what my doctors are doing and what they are determining. She made it perfectly clear that when she was speaking that she was speaking to the scribe and not me. On the other hand, I felt she was thorough and I had the utmost confidence in her determinations.

The provider is good but she didn't include me in her discussions. She kept talking to the individual taking notes on the assessment she was making. But she did not stop to explain what she was looking for and what the results meant. She seemed rushed throughout the visit and didn't take the time to explain what was happening or the main reason for the visit.

I would recommend the provider but cannot in good conscience recommend the clinic because of unreasonable wait times. #10. Except for wait times!

Dr. Burden seems to be diligently taking good care of my eyes. However, she doesn't become engaged; has a weak bedside manner. I often leave feeling as though I was a "number."

Dr Burden is the best

Dr. Burden was late, rushed. seemed not to have time to spend with this patient.

Very pleased with *Dr. Burden.

Again this doctor was excellent, wish we had more of her kindness, sensitivity in VA.

good experience! Thanks

A very professional and caring doctor. Listened to me without interrupting. Answered and made sure I understood her answer.

Dr. Burden is an excellent, thorough physician.

dr burden is very professional and pleasant.

*Dr. Burden is an excellent physician. She always answers questions and provides information about treatments.

I would rate my confidence in Dr. Burden higher than 5 if that was possible.

Dr. Burden is an excellent physician/surgeon. I have confidence in her abilities. My cataract surgeries went very well. Excellent results. The wait time for my third follow up visit was unreasonable. This is my only qualm. Otherwise, Dr. Burden was very professional. I would enthusiastically recommend her to others.

Dr. Burden is profession, thorough and careful. She listens well and explains things in clear and understandable terms. Excellent physician.

excellent care provider!! very fortunate to have her services!!

Dr. Burden is outstanding.

excellent care provider. of the highest quality!!

Dr. Burden instilled confidence in me as to her skill. In addition to being skilled, she is very pleasant and thoughtful. She demonstrated an especially good recollection of my overall health issues, as these pertained to my specific treatment in her care. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing eye surgery.

Dr. Burden is terrific. She's warm and friendly on the one hand and thoughtful and professional on the other. Her medical knowledge seems top flight and she inspires confidence. She always made sure the treatment decisions were mine after she explained the options. Excellent clinician and warm person.

Dr. Burden is fantastic. I did not expect to get in to see her the day after I called for an appointment as I know the clinic is a busy one. But I was delighted that I did. Once in her office, my issue was completely resolved and I did not expect that to be the case either. I was very pleased with this visit.

my eye doctor beamed with confidence and made me feel comfortable with me being in her hands to help me with my vision problem

Dr. Susan Burden is one of the greatest doctors I have had appointments with. I would recommend her to anybody who needs eye surgery. She is so knowledgeable and told me about the surgery before the surgery and followed up with information about eye drops and activity.
