Dr. Cramer is professional, friendly, thorough, very knowledgeable and will take all the time needed to explain the results of the cancer scan. She promptly follows up with a phone call the next day to verify the results of the test after being reviewed with others. If I have any concerns in other areas, she is willing to immediately make arrangements to take care of the situation.
