I wish he would spend more time and communicate more. he's a great doctor but a little reserved
*Dr. DeFranzo and his staff are awesome!
Love, Love, Love Dr DeFranzo and his staff. We look forward to going and would recommend to family and friends!
Dr. Defranzo is my number 1 Surgeon Doctor and I GIVE THANKS!!!!
As stated earlier, this provider did not even spend 5 minutes in my room. Never asked if I had questions, and I had to ask him my question as he was walking out the door, in the hallway. So much for HIPAA!!
While I cannot comment on the surgical skills of Dr. De Franzo what I can say is that is attitude towards me was very impersonal and it appeared that he could not be bothered by my condition or what I thought about my health issues. In the follow up visit he appeared to simply be going through the motions rather than actually trying to determine my actual health issues.
Doctor and assistant, (listened) and took time to really talk to me about what I wanted done; and after effects.
dr. Defranzo took time and explained procedure and technique. he took the time to sit with me. so gracious and this was very appreciated
I have the upmost confidence in Dr. Defranzo.
I know he is very busy - the RN staying to make sure I understand is great!
Was recommended to *Dr. DeFranzo & now I understand why.
Every thing waas Very Good
Dr Defranzo was very kind, compassionate, and down to earth. Information was easily understood and concerns were appropriately addressed
DR. DEFRANZO IS THE BEST!
He spent less than two minutes with me, did not ask any questions about how long I'd had the problem or anything, seemed in a rush to move on. I really was not sure he listened to anything I had to say.
The only somewhat negative is that I feel rushed when I see this provider. It is a very busy practice.
Highest respect for this doctor and staff. always so positive and I have always been confident in his decisions and medical advise.
I have seen *Dr. Defranzo for over 10 years since he performed my breast cancer reconstruction surgery. I have never seen a more gifted, knowledgeable and dedicated surgeon who has no ego. He stands among the best of the best. I have referred many friends/physicians to him over the years & will continue to do so.
Dr. Defranzo was wonderful. He was very gentle when injecting the cortisone shots in my finger. I appreciate his patience, gentleness, kindness and professionalism.
Needed a little more instruction on after surgery care
Very good in all.
Dr. Defranzo is very easy to talk with, has a sense of humor, makes me comfortable, is very professional.
really like our doctor and the staff. Do not feel like a number but treating as an important patient.
Best provider at WFU Medical.
Excellent doctor. Many members of my family go to him. He is extremely professional, yet has a caring and courteous bedside manner.
Let me know what's going on with me step by step?
I had asked around before deciding on Dr. Defranzo as I do not know any of the Plastic Surgery Doctors. I chose Dr. Defranzo because he has been at the hospital for awhile and has experience. And one of my co-workers works on the Plastics Unit and recommended him also.
