The Dr was really nice. A few things he explained but I still didn't understand and I didn't know whether to follow up or how I'm gonna hear from him about my surgery.

good experience

He is the BEST!

Dr. DeFranzo is an exceptional plastic surgeon. He is brilliant, kind and courteous. I appreciate so much the remarkable treatment I have always received from him. I will always return to him for my care.

I already have recommended him to others

The doctor has always told me what he was doing and why he was doing it and all the side effects

The going home instructions could be better spelled out sometimes. I pay attention and ask questions, but others may not do that.

exceptional physicion

From time of arrival to leaving felt very comfortable and confident for my treatment...

he was a ver active listener as he made sure I understood my options for location and type of mammogram for follow up. he allowed me to make the final decision. he explained my mammogram and things that I needed to consider in a way that I could understand. he was in no way condescending or intimidating. he treated me as an individual.

One of the most knowledge doctors I have been to -

Dr. DeFranzo is an excellent physician! He explains everything to me but also realizes I am not stupid. I worked as a Registered X-RAY Technologists many, many years and also with Hospice.

Dr. DeFranzo treats me like I'm part of his family. He is a very caring person which makes him a great doctor.

This doctor was new to prior physician had left your facility, so this was the first time I saw this provider. I did not connect real well with this doctor, but I will continue to see him for my annual check-ups.

While the doctor is not extremely friendly, he is very competent and I made a good choice in choosing him.

Our family has gone to Dr. Defranzo for over 30 years and we will continue to reach out to him when the need arises. As well as, recommend him to our family and friends.

I was totally impressed by Dr. DeFranzo at our meeting. His attitude and manner inspired my confidence and trust.
