A fabulous provider!!

I feel very comfortable and confident very my/provider (Dr.G.)

Dr even got another doctor to consult about which eye drop to use

Dr. Geingengak told me if I had any problems with my eye to call immediately. He is a very good Dr.

As always, Dr. G was informative, patient and kind.

I would recommend the doctor and the entire staf to anyone I knew who would need their help.

Dr Giegengack is a complete professional - an amazing Doctor who always shows a great amount of care & concern & I have the utmost confidence in him.

All good.

Dr. Giegengack manages my kerataconus superbly. He also did my first cataract surgery last week. This visit was a next-day follow-up to the surgery. He and the entire staff handled the surgery process beautifully and with minimum stress for me. I am also very pleased with the result. We are currently planning the next surgery.

Very good Dr. friendly & kind. I trust this Dr. He's one of the best.

Could not say enough how much I liked this Dr.

The scribe was very important and excellent in accurately recording so the ophthalmologist could concentrate on my condition.

Good experience for eye problem I have.

This was my first visit with Dr. Gigengack and I have complete trust and confidence in his abilities to hopefully provide me with better vision in the near future.

We appreciate his concern for doing what is for the patient at this time -

Whenever the subject of vision comes up, I always recommend Wake Forest and Dr. G in particular.

Dr. Giegengack has always been very caring and thorough. One of the best I have seen.

Dr. G is fantastic. His knowledge, bedside manner, and patience are unusual in today's medical world. I recommend him to family and friends. His reputation is excellent.

Very good.

Dr. Giegengack is gifted not only with excellent clinical skills but interpersonal ones as well. I have always left feeling positive and encouraged. I believe he deliberately makes statements that plant seeds of hope, well being and positive outlook that certainly contribute to healing!

If there were a rating better than 5 Dr Gigengack would get it

On October 26, 2015 I had a wonderful visit with *Dr. Matthew Giegengack.

#3-7, 9, 10. N/A as I saw doctor almost immediately.

If there was a higher rating than Very good .... I would give it !!

The reason I have not filled out this survey is becuse I have consistently filled out these questions in an extremely positive manner. I have nothing but praise and admiration for Dr. G. and the entire staff at the Eye Clinic. From the receptionists to Dr. G. I have the utmost respect.

God placed me with Dr. G and I will forever know that was a blessing. He has a special gift and I know that.

Dr. Giengack is an exceptional Provider

Dr. GIEGENGACK was very reassuring and knowledgeable. I found it strange to actually enjoy my appointment with him.

Dr. G is the best - first class doctor.

Dr. Mathew Geingenkak helped me alot on what to do after my eye surgery. He also told me to call hime if I had any problems are concerns

Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, great bed-side manner, personable, genuine concern for me, sincere about the best possible outcome for my issue as well as never making me feel like he was rushing to see the next patient although usually wait for my appt. 1-2 hrs.

my daughter had trouble with her eyes forsix mounts she finally made a appt with Dr. Matt and had carrats removed ,i would recomend anyone that would listen to your office.and he is still looking after her for a minor problem.

Just "Love" Dr Gigengack, After many appointments and surgeries, never disappointed with his care. Treats you like family, great interpersonal skills and always professional. Can't imagine a better Doctor and I have seen many.

Dr. Giegengack is very friendly and down-to-earth, compared to some other specialists at Wake Forest. When I was having some problems getting a date set for an operation (the scheduling assistants wouldn't/couldn't commit), I wrote him via MyWakeHealth and he immediately took care of it. I know he is extremely busy and so this really meant a lot. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was concerned about this procedure before the surgery, but the entire medical staff made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident that everything was going to be alright. I could not ask for better care, situation, or experience than I had while being in the care of a very competent and professionally group of medical people.

Dr. G. is always the best, he takes time to explain your situation, he is always concerned about you. I do always recommend him to those who ask me about my doctor. He is very easy to talk to and he is just wonderful!

He is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, & caring. He is very interested in the lifestyle I lead & presents options for us to discuss the best choice related to my vision. He is not only concerned with the present challenging eye condition, but left me with hope for possible option if/when science comes up with another choice. I cannot imagine any dr. better than him.

Top notch and very good communicator. Great listener.

Dr Giegengack has been super. he has called twice being very helpful.
