Seen for my child's broken arm; we had a special "surprise" vacation planned, nurse & doctor, as well as cast-room staff, kept vacation a secret from my son while going above & beyond & providing a removable waterproof cast so he wouldn't miss-out on our trip. Very nice & accommodating!

I felt like Dr. Gyr did not take time to address my concern for the visit. I felt like she was rushed through the appointment and eager to get out. I felt like she did not listen to what I had to say and she did not take any time to look at what our concern was. I feel like if a parent is taking their child with a concern she should be more receptive to it, after all, as parents we spend more time with our children and may be able to notice more things that she is unable to see during a 5 minute visit. After this visit we feel like we may consider looking for a second opinion. I don't doubt that she is very capable and knowledgeable but definitely felt like she did not take time to actually see my child.
