Dr. Hein is usually an amazing doctor, and I do understand this appointment was probably during a very stressful day for him seeing as how we had waited two hours for our appointment.
Dr. calls patients from waiting room (nice), but then leaves and let's door close. Patients have to open door and then search for Dr.
Dr. Hein is real nice but always seems to be in a hurry.
My overall experience has been very rewarding.
