The overall Patient Rating score is the average of responses to the nine questions listed below. The questions are from the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a 1 to 5 scale, where 1 represents "very poor" and 5 represents "very good."
Comments are taken from the Care Provider section of the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Comments are posted exactly as they are written. Comments are added weekly. To protect patient privacy and confidentiality, patient names are not included.
The dr. was very good explaining what was wrong & how he plans on moving forward with my condition. Very professional.
No bad experience.
Clone *Dr. Hurie & staff!
Very good with good information about treatment and care.
We came to Baptist for a second opinion and cannot tell you how relieved we were to get Dr. Hurie. Past experience with the previouos Dr. in High Point NC was simply unprofessional, rude and caused us much pain and suffering. I will not go anywhere else ever for any serious problems I may have in the future. I will be visiting Dr. Hurie every 6 months to keep an eye on my issue. Thanks to everyone for giving me peace of mind and treating me with respect.
