I find Dr Jorizzio to be very different when I see him alone without residents, fellows, etc in the room. Without the "entourage", he engages in a more personal manner. When he is with his medical students he tends to speak to them rather than to me.

3/28/2017

This was an exceptionally good experience that showed results as soon as I received the medicine prescribed.

3/27/2017

Dr. Jorizzo was professional, educated, understanding. I don't have enough words to say how great he treated me.

3/23/2017

Dr. Joseph Jorizzo answers your questions and listens to your concerns. I came to see him after the referral of a friend who had the same experience I did with a provider who spent the better part of a year trying to heal a leg ulcer (10 months in an uni-boot). With his treatment, my leg healed in less than 10 weeks. Because of this situation I am always receptive to his suggestions and willingness to follow up on his instructions.

3/18/2017

I am not confident with this provider.

3/13/2017

my only problem was the wait time

3/13/2017

Dr. Jurizzo was fabulous with us, patient with our requests, and very descriptive regarding my condition and the test results he was interpreting.

3/4/2017

Dr. Jorizzo is obviously very knowledgeable and I trust his assessments. It was hard to absorb everything he said as he was a fast talker.

3/2/2017

I would like this dr. to spend a little more time with me.

2/28/2017

I left there with the feeling my doctor really cared about my problem.

2/27/2017

*Dr. Jorizzo and his staff have ALWAYS BEEN gracious.

2/27/2017

The dr always has a resident and other students with him. I find that he tends to talk to them rather than to me. I understand he is teaching them, but I am the patient. On the few occasions that I have seen him by himself, he is very attentive.

2/21/2017

Dr. Yorizzo is one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. He was able to find the root of the problem by going over my medical history and my current symptoms and provided the correct diagnosis. The resident rotating with him was very competent as well.

2/19/2017

I have been coming for treatment for 2 years and have everything explained all along the course of treatment.

2/15/2017

Dr is very friendly and personable

1/24/2017

Extremely satisfied.

1/23/2017

Dr. Joseph Jorizzo is an excellent physician. I highly recommend him.

1/22/2017

All of my experiences with Wake Dermatology have been really good and even though I have had different kinds of skin Cancer including Melanoma my care has been great and I have always been treated kindly.

1/22/2017

I have been a patient of this provider for many years and put full trust in his care. He always shows great interest and concern. The best.

12/7/2016

I plan to use this doctor and site in the future instead of the Mt. Airy site due to the concern and help he gave me regarding my problem.

12/6/2016

I feel more like a gineau pig than patient and thats to be expected here, I understand that ...but shouldn't my care be a priority...as I'm paying for the physician's time and expertise ?

12/1/2016

he is fabulous!!!!

11/22/2016

Dr J is an excellent provider! He cares about me & takes time to ensure I understand his terminology about my condition! So glad I have Dr J as my provider he is the best !!!

11/8/2016

I know Dr. Jorizzo is a very busy doctor so I think they need to give him more time with each patient and then maybe I can see him at my appointed time. This is my only complaint. I love him and his staff but wait too long to see him. I have waited sometimes almost an hour after my appointed time, very frustrating.

11/2/2016

excellent!

10/24/2016

We are getting to the end of my treatment and he made sure I understood how to come down on the doses of medicine I am taking.

10/19/2016

impressive

8/24/2016

My provider apologized for the wait. I do not believe it was his fault. The waiting room was full non-stop!

8/24/2016

*Dr. Joseph Jorizzo is outstanding!

7/26/2016

Dr. Jorizzo is an excellent Doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. it always a pleasure dealing with Dr. Jorizzo and for his help and explanation for me.

7/24/2016

I cannot say enough good about this Dermatology Dept and I have used them for many years and I have been very fortunate that they always have responded in a timely way to help correct my skin cancers.

7/22/2016

only complaint with this provider is shortness of time spent with patient

7/16/2016

Dr. J is the best!

7/6/2016

He always explains the situation at hand. Dr. Jorizzo has been the first physician I have had in 50 years to explain four of my medical diagnoses with explanations on how to deal with diagnoses, take care of and protect from complications. Others have stated "Just do it." He has explained the situation with clarity, concise manner and answered all questions thoroughly. He was recommended to me and I will recommend Dr. Jorizzo to others.

6/22/2016

good

6/22/2016

Very confident with Dr. Jorizzo

6/21/2016

I always have a list of questions or concerns and he always goes over them with me.

6/19/2016

Dr. Jorizzo is the finest, met professional, most knowledgeable and most caring doctor I have seen in the over 35 years that I have been seeing a variety of specialists for several autoimmune and chronic illnesses. He is the very best example I have ever met of the medical profession. We need more like him.
