Dr. Kogan was wonderful. The visit was a short one as Dr. Kogan immediately knew our son's need for surgery. He was so wonderful with our son and was extremely patient and caring when it came to my questions and concerns for his upcoming surgery. I started crying when he told us that he would need surgery and would have to be put to sleep. When I apologized for getting upset, he told me that I am a mother and he's my son - I have a right to be concerned. He put my worries at east when I asked about his history with asthma and being put to sleep. He was kind and my son picked up on his gentleness and kindness. I only marked "good" for his 'Instructions the care provider gave you about follow-up care" because we have not yet discussed that. I also marked some items in previous questions that weren't high scores only because it was information I didn't know or we didn't discuss. He and his staff made a wonderful first impression on us.
we have seen many doctors in the past month trying to figure out the reason of my son's pain, Dr Kogan so far has been the best, he took his time to lisent and to review the medical history, even when the problem was not hus especially he referred us to another doctor that took us in the following work day. he is a genuine caring doctor and we are very blessed to have met him.
Doctor talked to me in words that I can understand.
Dr. Krogen was very understanding and help releive me of the fear something was seriously wrong with my daughter. From day one when he came to our hospital room he was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. In just over a month my daughter is on the road to back a normal child again!!! I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER UROLOGISTTO CARE FOR MY CHILD!!!!!
