It was a very good experience overall, I just wish he wasn't in such a hurry so I could fully explain my conditions. I'm pretty sure he knew what to do right off the bat, however it would have been a little better if he had taken the time to listen.

He did a good job of trying to explain things using words I could understand. There were still a few things he said that I could not understand, but I thought he did a good job trying to help anyway.
