What brought you to Wake Forest Baptist Health?

I came to Wake Forest Baptist Health for my internal medicine residency and then decided to stay as faculty.

What are your clinical specialties?

My focus is general internal medicine and primary care.

Why did you decide to become a primary care doctor?

One of the most important reasons was due to the example and influence of my primary care doctor back home, who took care of everyone in my family.

What is your patient care philosophy?

I think the goal of every primary care doctor is to provide comprehensive care. I also hope to provide a degree of education and counseling, which will allow the patient to be fully involved in decisions affecting their own health.

What do you enjoy most about working with patients?

I enjoy establishing a meaningful and long-term relationship with my patients and their families.
