The most recent appointment, Dr O'Donovan did not speak directly to me, the patient, but instead spoke to the person who came along with me. I felt like he didn't think I was capable of listening, and as the patient it seemed very strange not to acknowledge me. Even after I clearly spoke directly to him about questions and concerns I had, he would answer them as if I was not there. Even the person in the room felt strange about the experience

*Dr. O'Donovan is always courteous and helpful. Top of his class in my opinion.

*Dr. O'Donovan & staff were great! Showed great concern!
