Dr O'Neill has always been professional in appearance and conduct, courteous and considerate with patient and family interactions, intelligent and easily approachable with patient health concerns or questions

Dr. O'Neill is the best, what else can I say. No matter how bad I feel I always feel better after I see him.

Dr. McNeill is the first Dr. I saw in the Heart Failure Clinic among others. He seems to have my best interest at heart and I always leave feeling as if I am stronger and more hopeful. At first he was totally professional and stoic and since my way of handling my fear is to be sarcastic and silly I was unsure as to how we would get along. Needless worry, when at last he came back with a snappy one word or two word answer that made me laugh loudly, I knew he saw right through me. I sincerely hope that Dr. McNeill will be with me as long as I need treatment for this failure and for any other person with heart failure. He called me about a trial study and I volunteered. Recently, he let me know that should I not received the implant and will not know until November, that there is a possibility a new and different trial study could be ready to start at that time. I have agreed that I would do that study as well should I have not received. I believe that I would volunteer for any study Dr. McNeill recommends because I believe he would not allow me to do something that would not be in my best interest.

*Dr. O'Neill has a doctoriate degree, I have an associates degree; yet he courteously explains my treatments and conditions as simply as a childs bedtime story. That's impressive!
