*Dr. Oliver is top notch! Easy to talk to and concerned about overall health!
Have bad hearing problem. Everyone very kind & considering problem.
*Dr. Oliver should be given an award. He is an excellent dr. whom I recommend all the time. We travel 4 hrs. there & 4 hrs. back for him.
*Dr. Oliver provided information about cochlear implants that I could not obtain in Charlotte. He provided information about hearing treatment options and related experiences some of his patients had from treatment. This was exactly the information I needed to make an informed decision on hearing treatment.
Very knowledgeable regarding the type of treatment necessary.
I really like *Dr. Oliver he is a straight shooter.
Exceptional care and expertise.
Provider saw me emergently - fit me in - for which I am grateful. Provider is great educator, spent long time with me. Provider suggested surgery within 10 minutes of start of visit and this felt very abrupt and premature. When I state I would need to get a second opinion, provider took the time to write out his recommendations, which was VERY helpful. It seemed that provider did not read previous surgical notes accurately. I had to bring pertinent info to his attention that he had misread.
All of you at Baptist/Wake have been outstanding
DR. OLIVER IS A GREAT DOCTOR WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT ME AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAD TO GO THRU. HE SHOULD GET AN AWARD FOR HIS CARING.

*Dr. Oliver is a good doctor. We live 3 hours away & he e-mails me & calls me about my condition.
Dr. Oliver is terrific. Professional. Caring. Able to explain things very well. Efficient.
No question I asked was tostupid for DR. Oliver He answered all my questions and so I knew just what he was saying. HE even let my husband come in to hear it for himself. Other family members had been feeling I was just saying I was having hearing problems even with 2 hearing aides so I did not have to deal with certain things. DR Oliver said he has heard other people say family wont believe you hear as you do. It made me feel less stupid about things.
Dr. Oliver was very professional and a good teacher of neurolsensory hearing deficiency. also Jamie Hampton was excellent in testing my inability to hear high frequencies.
He was so sweet and gentle with my daughter. She was able to stay calm with the whole procedure.
