I have never EVER had a doctor show the care, compassion, or concern for my overall health or well being the way Myron Powell has...when I was beginning the weight loss surgery process, my father had very valid concerns in his mind and wanted to travel over 2000 miles to be here when I had surgery but because of his own health issues, I was concerned about him making such a long trip for a surgery that would cause me no issues - Myron offered to call him and answer all of his questions...I have never forgotten that and never had another doctor be as considerate or concerned for the whole family's well being as he was. My husband's mother died 35 years ago from weight loss surgery related complications and was understandable terrified for me...Myron took the time to ease his mind and my husband told me later, he didn't think he would have been able to sit thru me having this surgery if it had been any other surgeon...we need more health care workers like Myron Powell
very brief and no advice on likely progression of my problem nor how to know what to do next and when
