Dr. Punger always takes the time to really talk to me about anything I might be worried about or curious about. She is also very responsive through the online portal. I love that I can ask a question and get an answer very quickly online without having to call and bother anyone. She is also really great about remembering little things about mr... like that I recently got married... or asking about my kids. It makes me feel like I'm not just a patient number or a quota to fill... I'm a real person to her and she genuinely cares about me. I moved to Clemmons and have to drive about 25 minutes to get to her office, but I refuse to find a new provider closer to me. She's worth driving the extra distance!

I really like Dr. Punger and trust her decisions. She explains everything to me and we come up with a game plan for each visit.

9/26/2017

she was very concerned about my feelings and health. I am a person, not just a number to her. Elderly people are not treated that way sometimes.I appreciate that.

9/23/2017

Always have a great experience with Dr. Punger!

8/24/2017

She does not listen and take your concerns into consideration. Cold personality. Condescending.

8/23/2017

I think very highly of Dr. Punger, and have recommended her (and/or the other doctors in this practice) many times. I think the last person that I recommended there said that they weren't taking new patients just then. Even though I'm sorry that that person didn't get in with them, I think this speaks to how impressive and highly regarded these folks are!

8/17/2017

I loved her, she was the best Doctor I have seen to date, except for my OBGYN who also works for Wake Health

8/10/2017

Dr. Punger is absolutely top notch. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. She makes you feel as if you are part of her family not just a patient.

4/25/2017

4/20/2017

4/10/2017

Very pleased with *Dr. Punger. Best doctor we have had!!!

3/29/2017

I became a patient of *Dr. Punger in May 2016 and have been very pleased with her and my interactions with her.

3/27/2017

The provider dismissed my concerns and without even touching me declared I just had a bad cold. Then stated "I can examine you if you want"....??? I have been her for 3 years and not been in for anything other than a routine annual physical. When a patient shows up for the first time EVER (other than a well check) it is because they feel pretty bad and they need care. I felt completely dismissed.

2/22/2017

Dr. Punger has been very helpful to me, and my husband during a very difficult time from Oct. until the end of Jan. I have received form her the most help and respect during this time, and will always appreciate the way she made time for me, even when I just needed to talk or vent.

2/22/2017

Dr. Punger is very professional, compassionate and open and honest regarding my health. I really appreciate that.

2/21/2017

Not my regular physician(Dr. Shelbourne is), but she is my wife's regular physician. We have both been pleased with the physicians there.

2/13/2017

Dr. Punger is absolutely awesome. She is not only our doctor but our friend which goes a long way. She is always caring, loving, respectful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Punger is the best physician ever for our family and we are so privelaged to have her involved in our care.

1/28/2017

I don't feel I could be in better care physically and emotionally...I just moved here in Oct. and have no doctors lined up....I mentioned this and was asked what specialists I needed. A week later I received a call from an eye specialist office that Dr. KP referred me to him to set up an appointment. This is excellent service...

1/18/2017

Best Doctor visit ever! Dr. Punger was thorough.

1/17/2017

Even though my doctor knows that I am a retired RN, she has always talked with me as if I were new to each situation, which for a lot of problems I have recently had I was completely unfamiliar with . She has been very helpful, and helped me understand my problems.

11/30/2016

I really like Dr. Punger. She always shows a lot of concern and respect for me. I appreciate that she treats me as an equal and includes me in my care plan.

11/28/2016

Dr Punger has always listened and shown me the utmost attention and care.

11/25/2016

Dr. Kathleen Punger is an excellent provider, she shows caring and compassion and always asks if I have any questions relating to my visit. I highly recommend her!
