Epic went down system-wide during my visit, but Dr. Wallin remembered the specifics of my procedure, verified them with me, and was able to proceed without access to any of my medical record. He is an exceptional physician and very personable. The best I've seen at Wake Forest Baptist Health in terms of being engaged and professional.
