No bad experiences.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Yacoub!!!! He is extremely polite, courteous, and thorough! He explains everything and double checks that you understand or have any concerns or questions. He obviously follows up on your progress and is working for you, even when you aren't waiting for him in his office. He appears to truly care about you as a person and diligently strives to do the best possible job for you that he can. He is a true asset for Wake Forest! Hold on to him!!!!! P.S. Go get Dr. Aklilu back too! They are both wonderful!!!!!!
I always have a good experience when seeing *Dr. Yacoub.
Always takes time to explain why they feel an appointment would be needed, or why they changed chemo formula etc.
Physician and NP staff are very personable.
I feel very blessed, with my rare form of cancer (appendix cancer), to have Dr. Yacoub as my partner in fighting this disease.
Dr. Yacoub shows excellent ability in overseeing my very rare cancer. He actively works in conjunction with a specialist I also see in New Orleans. He is extremely detailed in his followup and thoroughness of possible concerns in scans and/or blood tests. He responds immediately to any questions I may have by phone or email and he contacts me by phone or email in a very timely manner for any followup concerns he may have. He is extremely polite, LISTENS to my concerns and appears to show concern for my overall well being. I think he is wonderful and highly recommend him to others. Now, if you could go get Aklilu back, I would be doubly happy!
Dr Yacoub is one of the best in his business. I drive 1 1/2 hours to see him
Good, everything has worked out well.
