Long wait in exam room was only problem.
Everyone is always nice & on time.
Went in for appt. to discuss possible hystectomy and the dr. made me feel stupid for even asking. I'm a cancer survivor & had concerns and she made me feel worse. I will not be returning to that dept.
Dr Zander came off as condescending. She misread information about a recent test and when I politely corrected her the visit went down hill. I shut down and pretty much nodded my head to anything she said. I will never see her again.
Dr. Zander left a great impression. I appreciated her candor and knowledge.
I have had several procedures with Dr.Zander, she is always very friendly but honest, direct and to the point, which I appreciate in a Physician. She is respectful of my time by always being prompt. She is also knowledgeable regarding my personal issues and has been very patient with me regarding any anxiety I have had. I appreciated the staff asking if it was okay for a resident to come in to my procedure, and being fine with the the fact I said No.
I found her tone condescending.
*Dr. Zander is amazing!
*Dr. Zander read my chart & could comment on other health changes & visits outside her clinic/dept., which was greatly appreciated.
*Dr. Zander was awesome! She is worth the wait!
