Dr Zander was very knowledgeable and understand of my health concerns. She was able to give me direction for treatment and choices.

With respect to the visit she took extra care to help me that day. I was having issues with my left leg and hip (which I later found out I had bursitis) and she figured out a way that I could sit in the stir up chair for the length of time she needed without putting me in more pain. Wonderful!

Dr. Zander is easy to talk with. Very likable personality.

Shows compassion and empathy of what is going on with me. Works very hard to solve the problem and can tell how I am that day. Takes time with me and does not rush. 1. Very compassionate.

dr. zander is sort of dismissive. Maybe its just a huge contrast to the midwife I have been seeing.

Provider was rude and judgmental. She interrupted me a lot and flat out disagreed with some items I felt prudent to discuss.

seems very rushed at each appointment. will be friendly/courteous for first five minutes, after which she will be visibly annoyed at any additional questions. does not take time to ensure all my health concerns are answered or addressed.

The doctor was very cold, rude, condescending, and abrasive. She did not listen to my concerns and blew off anything I felt was important. She made me very uncomfortable. I wish to never be seen by her again. The visit left a very bad impression on me.

*Dr. Zander is intelligent, kind and an overall wonderful physician I'd recommend her to everyone.

Very good bedside manners

The provider (Dr. Zander) was very condescending and quite rude. My mother and I were both in the office trying to explain my mother's history with endometriosis because this is a major concern for me currently, and Dr. Zander completely blew us off. She was rude and spoke to us both like we were idiots. The encounter completely changed my decision to go with Baptist for a uterine polyp removal because I am not comfortable with the doctor and do not want to be operated on by her. I will be going elsewhere for care.

I find Dr. Zander to be a perfect balance between being friendly but not overly chatty just for the sake of it. She communicates clearly and is just right in asking and answering questions. I also took special note of the thoroughness with which she had reviewed my information, not only about the last visit with her, but also with my other WFU doctors.

Dr Zander refused to listen to the patient and the patient's family.

She seemed very rushed and I didn't get a chance to really ask any questions that I had.
