I found her to be very condescending and arrogant. She didn't like the fact that I had an opinion and was very uncaring. She argued back and forth and tried to call my mental stability into question. I will not be returning and I will not refer any friend or enemy to the likes of a person who is uncaring.
Dr Zander was personable, a good educator, and very accommodating. Even if she's behind schedule, I would wait to see her.
I did not feel any compassion or senserity coming from the dr and I really was in need of it the day I saw her.
Long wait in exam room was only problem.
Everyone is always nice & on time.
Went in for appt. to discuss possible hystectomy and the dr. made me feel stupid for even asking. I'm a cancer survivor & had concerns and she made me feel worse. I will not be returning to that dept.
Dr Zander came off as condescending. She misread information about a recent test and when I politely corrected her the visit went down hill. I shut down and pretty much nodded my head to anything she said. I will never see her again.
Dr. Zander left a great impression. I appreciated her candor and knowledge.
