Alison T. Snider, MD
Dr. Snider grew up in Kernersville, NC. She received her B.S. degree from High Point University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with All University Honors. She received her Medical Degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Snider is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of AAFP, NCAAFP and the NC Medical Society. She has special interest in diabetes and preventive health. Dr. Snider is married and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family along with jogging, camping, and traveling to the mountains.

Daniel J. Bryan, PA-C
Daniel J.Bryan, PA-C, graduated with his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University. Prior to attending Wingate University, he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from The University of NC at Greensboro. Daniel was born and raised in Kernersville. Daniel has special interests in diabetic management, pediatric medicine, dermatology and preventive medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, and playing with his two dogs, Phoebe and Penny.

Julie M. Jordan NP-C, graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and from East Carolina University with her Masters of Science in Nursing in the Adult Nurse Practitioner Program. Julie worked as a critical care nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner. She has special interest in the care of senior adults. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Julie lives in Kernersville with her husband and two sons.

Carly P. Regan, ANP-C, graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing in the Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Program. As a registered nurse, she worked in the adult surgical intensive care unit at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center before joining Family Medicine – Laurel Creek. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and traveling. She lives in Advance with her husband and twin girls.
